A show size arena, training pen, and grooming corral are conveniently located near the stable. All arenas are kept clean and tractor finished as needed for optimal performance. Silver Stirrup Stables offers year-round accessibility to all of our arenas.

The 120’ x 244’ show size arena is surrounded by 2 tiered oak rails and is large enough to supply ample room for a large class of horses and accommodate many training styles. The carefully selected 8/10 footing is engineered for optimum performance and hoof safety, plus it drains well so that it's useable shortly after a rain.

We have recently added Cedar Stable, a covered and lit arena accompanied by a climate-controlled viewing room and bathroom. The covered arena is available for general use when lessons are not in session.

Ground work is easily accomplished in our 60' diameter round pen. It's perfect for free or on-line longeing. This is also an arena our students use as they learn to handle a horse on the ground and while mounted.

The corral is connected to the stable and is used for grooming and training using corners. This designated grooming corral features cross ties as does the center of the stable. Grooming may also be done within the center of the stable, as preferred. However, we do ask that hoof picks only be used outside over grass and always prior to entry into the specially surfaced arenas. A warm water bathing area is also available for the care of your horse.
